Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
Our purpose is to provide safe and effective healthcare to all members of our local community, responding to their individual needs in an holistic manner.
We aim to:
- Work together as a practice team and in partnership with our patients, families and carers, involving them in decision making by listening and supporting them
- Keep a motivated team who feel valued and supported by the GP Partnership and encourage them to achieve the aims and objectives while meeting their own personal and professional goals
- Treat all patients and staff with dignity and respect in a safe and accessible environment
- Prevent ill health, improve well being and provide services that improve local health outcomes by following agreed care pathways and practice evidence based medicine to the highest standard
- To deliver value for money and be financially sustainable
It is quick and easy to register with a GP using our simple online GP registration form. Whether you are new to the area or have never registered with a GP practice before, there is usually no need to come to the practice to complete your registration and no proof of address is required. We are a local GP Practice and have a catchment area for home visiting purposes, but we welcome patients from outside our practice boundary.
We want to get better at communicating with our patients and ensure you can read and understand the information we send you.
If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please complete our Accessibility Needs Form below.
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint please contact the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information is available regarding the complaints procedure from reception.

Alternatively, if you've had a bad experience we'd also like to know. Please contact us and let us know how we can improve.
Meet our Team
Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service.
Our clinicians work in a partnership and as a group. Although you are registered with a named doctor, you may see any of the doctors in the partnership.
Our surgery is accessible to wheelchairs and we have disabled toilet facilities. If you need assistance, please ask at reception.
For patients with hearing problems, we have a loop system installed.
Interpretation and translation services are available for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know in advance if someone needs this service and we will arrange an interpreter. This could take up to two weeks.
North Hyde Practice has a successful Patient Participation Group (PPG). You can find out more here
GP Patient Survey
The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
Our overall CQC Rating was:
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) makes sure hospitals, care homes, dental and GP surgeries, and all other care services in England provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care and encourages them to make improvements where possible.
We are currently working with the CQC inspection team with the help from Brent CCG to address the last CQC report. We will welcome back the CQC team in the new year for our follow up having now addressed all the concerns.SEE THE FULL REPORT
